the call from within

I had knocked on so many doors,

then I decided to open my own

 -discovering antique parts of me-

some needed to be dusted, 

held 

and reincorporated 

into my world

and then those that were ready to be left behind,

grateful was I for their lessons,

and the result of releasing them

created a load, unmistakably lighter

Enabling me to embark 

again on my journey

polishing and redefining

until the time arrives

to bloom anew

sentí un hondo susurro, 

en nombre del. viento 

y me senté

De lejos vi como ondulaba

forza Divina, Melodía de mi interior

El miedo mantenía al raya

mientras él deslizaba muy cerca de mi ser

 (.. it slithered within reach of my hands)

Estimado serpiente,

con tu bálsamo tan antigua,

gracias por venir a verme

y enseñarme el camino 
hacía al cielo.
